Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's just annoying seeing the giant blue banner, I know I'm using HyperChat and I'd prefer to see the change log when I want to, instead of having it thrown in my face every time I open a live chat.
The closest thing I could find to a relevant issue is: https://github.com/LiveTL/HyperChat/issues/45
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like a checkbox that I could simply toggle this message on or off, also change logs can be a tab in the settings page. This would also allow the logs to be more robust and show some previous patches as well.
Expected behavior
A clean YouTube chat experience.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I've tried blocking the element but I can't seem to be able to select it with uBlock on Firefox. I was also trying to use a userscript but apparently I'm not allowed to target that element.

until they get rid of this annoying thing, you can right click on it, then choose the block in frame option, and it'll let you block it
use the slider to make it block the most of the box as possible without removing the whole chat, it'll make the borders nice and clean
@NanoAi so, it keeps appearing even after blocking them with ublock, so i forked the repo and deleted the welcome message, you have to build it from source but it works https://github.com/Glitch31415/HyperChat
