Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Occasionally, YouTube chat can be filled with undesired messages and spam, which can be individually typed but can also be programmatically generated and posted across multiple accounts in different formats that make ban and block feature provided by the YouTube platform itself not sufficient to handle the issue.

Describe the solution you'd like

A client-side rule-based list that set rule of what comments to filter and what comments not to, based on all available information regarding the comments and text in.comments themselves, integrated into hyperchat for streamers and audience to set rules to filter comments according to individual desire. The rules can be made share-able like adblock list in common ad blocking addons

Expected behavior

Undesired comments filtered by the rules will not be perceivable by people using hyperchat addon.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Alternative of no actions, which will maintain the current status quo
• Alternative of deploying client side AI to identify and filter comments, which seems too resources intensive both in term of programming it into software, training the AI, and running it on the client side

It might be undesirable in some situation for negative comments among undesired comments on stream be completely removed, as that can create some sort of perception bias or normalcy bias, creating an echo chamber for streamer.

Removal of undesired comment on YouTube making people who made such comments realizing they cannot make an impact on the platform, might also have the possibility of pushing these people into making harassment off the platform in other means, including means that could lead to physical harms in reality
