Support Animated Icons in the Renderer.

This is something we currently support on LiveSplit One Web by letting the browser handle it, but is something we completely lack in the native renderer.

LiveSplit One and in turn livesplit-core (which is its core library) are separate from the original LiveSplit on Windows. So this right here is tracking the support for animated icons in LiveSplit One, which is still an open issue.
