Send AutoSplitterSettings to the split server

LiveSplit One already has support for using WebSockets to connect autosplitters, it would be very convenient to be able to store the autosplitter settings inside the .lss file itself and have LiveSplit send it to the server when loading a run, as opposed to managing them separately.
