[Medium] Set Pro active message or manual invitation message expire time.
Hi, sometimes live chat are off but a manual invite are sent to the user asking if they need help. User can take a very long time before see the message and accept the invitation and often are able to start a chat when operator are no more available.
I want ask and suggest to add an option to made possible decide that Pro Active message or manual chat invitation message can expire after 15 minutes so when user accept the invitation and is too late the invitation will not start a chat.
Maybe also will be useful if there are the possibility to click on unseen message than decide to revoke the pro active chat so in some way, the user will be not able to accept pro active invite expired. This is useful if your chat is hidden, you send an invite but user does not accept it, you can revoke.
@remdex if you will implement this please consider a situation where the live chat widget is hidden to visitor... so for example when someone post a support request in the forum I can see in realt time the visitor still be on the topic and as I need only to join a conversation with this visitor I send a manual pro active invite.
Sometimes the visitor are away and does not accept the invite so.. visitor is able to see also after 30 minutes or an hurs the hidden chat widget because the pro active and I AM unable to invalidate the invite. Will be useful let expire the invite and if the widget is invisible visitor are not allowed to start a new chat. I do not know if this can be implemented in some way like: if pro active is expired visitor has to close the widget but if the widget is closed and is usually hidden the widget will be not visible so visitor cannot start a new chat until a new invite is sent.
For manual pro active will be useful and very easy can click on the button as showed in the screen and decide to invalidate pro active. Maybe a popup can be showed if this is clicked than let user invalidate pro active and maybe also decide to hide widget
