Documentation mistake - PHP 5.5. >= required

I have just updated from 2.39 to 2.52 on server with PHP 5.4.

Login attempt gives me PHP error. LHC is using function password_hash which is available since PHP 5.5 http://php.net/manual/en/function.password-hash.php

Please fix this in requirements doc:
