Feature req. Widget Theme or Departments miss some functions.

When you create a Department you cannot have custom field and required field different from other department.

For example I want have email mandatory on department A and not mandatory on Department B. Also In Department A I want an additional field called Order Number and in B I don't want this but I need asking website address instead of Order Number.

I cannot decide field for each department. Maybe this should be added in Theme widget on widget chat settings. As you can overwrite custom text here you should also maybe decide with field customize.

Also I cannot remove in just a specific widget the box for accept copyright or edit the link. I must have same copyright for all widget. This should be... overwritten by a settings also in the widget theme and should have effect also in the pop up.

So actually I can create a widget for a different website but:

• If my global settings doesn't required email I cannot decide to have email required for that widget
• I cannot have custom field different for each widget
• I cannot choose to remove or edit the copyright Terms and Conditions link check box

Man. you should be using automated hosting extension, Now you are making system way to complex for regular people with these fancy requirements.

I need to have email required only in one department or widget theme. This is not possible at the moment. Email must be required or not for all departments or widget ... I need force the user to leave their email in one department where chat should start only if email are inserted.

Maybe this can be implemented in the future :) very useful.
