Request: allow use of {name} for "From name" and "Reply to" fields
In the "Support request from user" email template, I'd like to be able to either set the "From name" in e-mail templates to {name} or use the following format for the Reply to field:
{name} <{email}>
However when I use {name} in either field, it does not get replaced with the actual form submitter name.
This would be helpful because when submitting these emails to a support ticket system like the one in WHMCS, it pulls the name from the email header and uses it for the ticket submitter name throughout the system. This makes it easier to interact with the customer rather than having to constantly reference the original message body.
