[Suggestion] Operator / Visitor Language assignment
Since my livechat is multi-language, And not everyone being able to speak english, I think it would be a great Idea to assign representatives languages, just like departments and allow the client to select a language, just like department.
This seems to be complicated and risk to be muddler but thanks for posting here are suggestion. You can create multiple department with the right language.
Es: Support [IT] Support [EN] Support [ES] Sales [IT] Sales [EN]
yes maybe this will create too much department if you have many and many languages. We can wait here and see if a solution for increase this can be founded. Thanks for the idea.
By prepending the language tag (/jap/ for Japanese for example) to your live chat widget or page you will get a preallocated language for the support. You would need to add that as language specific widgets if you like.
