[ ISSUE/BUG ] Transfer chat to a Department not work.
1 Created department 2 in livehelper chat 2 edited Assigned department to operator: removed all and set deafult and 2 as assigned to the operator 3. started a chat in default department 4. accepted chat 4. transfered to 2 Deparment (strange because results to be offline)
Results: I can see confirmation message but chat still be in Default department.
Tested vit LHC version 2.40 but also in the demo version 2.44
Issue is: I AM unable to transfer chat to the right department and unable also to assign to the right department.

I also made a new test where I put department 2 always online with work hours but was showed in 2.44 also as offline.
I have accepted chat from department 2 and tried to transfer to the default department who was showed as online, again confirmation message is visible but the department not change.
Maybe is not working because I don't need in my case transfer to another agent but change the chat department also if I AM the same operator who will manage that chat. User has selected wrong department and I want to have the chat flagged in the correct department.
Maybe as chat for be transfered must be acepted buy someone this is the reason why is not changing the department but should be a way to correct department also if AM assigned to each department and there are no other operator online. Also is not correct to show department 2 as offline when I AM online and I AM also assigned to that department.
Also I think a message from System should showed to the user like : System: we are transferring you from "dep1" to "dep2" hold on.
A solution can be show a button near the department chat window... allow operator to change department with all other one assigned department to him.
Please not close this, I want ask to made transfer to a department also from the same operator assigned to two different department. If a chat start from the visitor for error in department 1 and as operator for have chat order in the right place need to transfer this chat to dep 2 for find in a second time the chat in the right place right now I cannot do if I have not another operator online assigned to dep 2. If I AM assigned to dep 2 I should be able to transfer chat 1 to dep 2.

But in my eyes changing department isn't the same thing as categorizing chats, if you like to categorize them as;
- login issues
- hardware issues
- software issues
etc
