What is the command for print visitor name in the message?

In LHC there is no way in the operator side to know how to send a message like

Hello Mark how are you? where Mark is done with a code line {name}

Hello {name} how are you?

How can I print visitor name in a message? You should add something in the operator side where this can be read how to do that.

Searched in the documentation but no way, also in the forum and here... but cannot find it and there are no guide or button to do that in the LHC operator side.
