Desktop client lacks new features, most importantly auto translate and exhibits longer delays for sending messages out (I tested this on a very slow vpn) and the web ajax chat is still almost instant on the most slowest connection, the desktop client seems like it has to keep re-making new connections each time a message is sent which has a very big overhead. reason why I want to switch to the desktop client is because of the chrome bug right now which stops sending the sound if the tab is not in focus for a while and that's not good because I start working on something else and completely forget about it and then when I come back I miss clients

I guess the alternative right now is to install jabber with infinite sound loop notifications which I'll look into right now see how it handles

alright guys keep up the good work here and I really appreciate this product I don't think any other product can rival this chat right here, best of the best pretty much
