If the initial chat widget only has a single field (ie: the question), but if no operator answers the chat and the user is redirected to the offline form which has several fields to fill out, the fields aren't displayed because they are off the bottom of the browser (no scroll bar is displayed either), making it impossible for the user to fill out the offline contact form fields.
