No visitor name in dashboard for chatbox

Hi I create a chatbox and add a embed widget to my own page. Evertthing works fine except in dashboard panle. When I open the chatbox list and open the chatbox it shows chats but by name of first user in chatbox.for example: in the page: user1:Hi user2:What's your name?

in the dashboard: user1:Hi What's your name?
