[Feature:] Add HTML also for offline form

Hi, I need add open and closure time of the chat, i have custom HTML text before user start the chat so can read when the live chat is online but i cannot do the same with the offline form.

I would suggest to add HTML space also for the offline form so i can inform when chat will be online or not with a custom message.
