Email Template Variables

I'd like to request some additional variables for the email template that notifies customers of missed messages received after they went offline:

In the Subject and From Name fields, the {department} variable. Actually, I'd like this variable to work in these fields for all the email templates.

In the message body, {user_chat_nick} and {url_request}

Also, if you specify a custom From Name, it only customizes the From field, not the Reply To field. Thus, when the user receives the email, the name in the From field will be different from the name in the Reply To field. Please either make the custom From Name apply to BOTH fields, or provide a separate custom Reply to Name field.
