Anti-Flood Feature request / Idea

Can be useful have a settings that alow admin to decide to set an anti-flood for messages in chat. Visitor are able to send message without limitation so someone are writing one word for line... this made the chat very difficoult to read.

Can be useful to be able to set for example between one message and another should pass 10 or 20, or 30 seconds. Maybe with 0 value this can be disabled. This can be useful in chat settings but maybe also on the single chat so operator can maybe activate it. It's just an idea.
