Suggestion Add option to sent upload form in chat manually

by default i disabled attach file option but in some cases i need to see a screenshot for a problem can i allow operators to send attach file option manually in chat options ?

File upload can be enabled for operators and visitors separately. But you can't make it permissible by operator/chat
