I have a team of Phonegapp developers. If you can provide me the web services of Live Helper Chat, then my team can develop a mobile app for agents.

It will be a very good app for all users of LHC. We will publish it's source code for free usage with our branding.

If you just planning to embed html page. Then https://api.livehelperchat.com/#/user/get_restapi_loginbytoken https://api.livehelperchat.com/#/user/post_restapi_login

Calls should be sufficient. If you are planning do not user provided html then i ques some api calls should be extended and support generated token.
