Please add the possibility to disable reply email address in email sent to visitors from operator panel

Hi, all times I send an email I forget to remove the reply email address that has my private email address.

Please add an option to not set this as default. Usually the field is compiled, i deleted the text for privacy,

When i delete the reply email address and send the email the reply email address should be not used but is used! It will be operator email, this is not good, if i delete email from reply email my operator mail should be not used as reply email address.

How to reproduce:

• Send an email to user by deleting email reply address from the form.
• In the sent email the reply email address will be present and will be the operator email address.

This should not happen also should be present an option to not compile by default reply to email address.

All time people who chat and I sent message discover my personal and private email who should be not shared !

In the above screen i have removed email address. All time I sent an email from chat interface my operator email that should be private is shared by default to the user if i do not remember to delete it.

I think reply email address should be not set as default or I need an option in MISC maybe to decide to not use as default so... people that need have reply to filled will have and who are expecting issue with this can disable to share his private operator email address set as reply to address.

You can replace the reply email address in email templates.

This still be an issue, cannot close. Reply to email address should be not set as operator my by default if no address has been set on email templates.
