Title Tips

Could we have title tips on the action buttons in the chat window in LHC? There's five buttons that are not very clear what they do until you click them.

I think you have some titles already.

  1. Close Window 2.Close Chat
  2. Delete Chat
  3. Transfer Chat to another operator
  4. Open Chat in another Window

Note Number 1 actually seems to be broken if clicked when the window has already been opened in another window.
