Live chart support email is dead. and Single license have bug.
I bought livechart 4 x LiveCharts.Geared.Wpf version 1, single
I want to have a license for each of the four individuals, not the team. But it didn't work out the way I wanted it to. so i Sent mail to [email protected] But i send the mail to multiple IDs, it won't be sent.
I thought that if I buy four individual versions, I could deliver them to each of the four individuals through the Transfer License. But there was no difference from the team version. In order to get a personal license, the team had to be invited, and it is only possible as a whole, not individual , to transfer.
Please tell me how to solve it

We are migrating our service to a newer server an experiencing intermittencies. You can also get support at my personal email while we fix this.
Hello Alberto, Could you please help me to license livechart.geared? We have already downloaded LiveChartActivator.exe and we have got a number of private keys, but it tells code is not valid. Can you please help us with this? Also, we tried to reach out to support but we have not received any response. We have taken the team license. Please help!

Sorry about the issue you are facing, we were migrating our service to a new server and It caused some intermittencies.
Please let me know your private key (you can follow the off-line activation guide https://lvcharts.net/licensing/howto) and I will be able to generate an activation code for you.
