Q: gappedPeak file visualization in IGV and interpretation

This is a screenshot of my gappedPeak file in IGV.

I'm guessing the blue bar is my open chromatin region while the extended line is my nucleosome? I understand having an open region flanked by nucleosome at both sides. But with this one, why would you have nucleosome, open chromatin, nucleosomes, open region and another nucleosome?
