Level search parameters

It would be very useful if, atleast in-game, the user could include parameters like for example -notitle and -nodescription in their search queries to filter out levels which contain the query in their name or description.

Parameters should also be valid if they're prefixed with . as these are far easier and faster to type out on the PS3 and especially the RPCS3 virtual keyboard, and params should also have short forms. For the examples above, valid expressions could also be .nt to exclude titles and .nd to exclude descriptions.
