LBP2 and 3 spam level and user recent activity endpoints

Now that /lbp/stream/user2/{username} and /lbp/stream/slot/{type}/{id} seem to actually return recent activity, instead of showing it, LBP2 and 3 begin to spam these endpoints for nearly any level/user until the server eventually rate-limits the game (seems like this doesn't happen if the level/user just doesn't have any recent activity).
