Privacy toggle for recent activity

Allows users to opt out of the public Recent Activity feed by obscuring their events. May optionally share with just mutuals?

actually, there should be several Recent Activity feed options

1. Public (shows all recent activity, ingame-filters do not work)
2. Game accurate (shows people activity from people you hearted, your friends, your levels, yourself, and news. in-game filters work as intended)
3. Mutuals (similar to game accurate, but hearted players now need to have you hearted back to actually show up)
