Great and helpful project! I want to suggest adding a section for self-hosting. It's very hard for a beginner to cover all areas needed to self-host and expose apps confidently. I believe with your expertise, you will be able to help and guide on that matter.

Hi, I'm a newcomer on this project, I think too that there are some missing/incorrect info regarding deployment If I'm wrong please tell me, I'm really looking forwarding deploying this project that I find great!

1. The README says « You can then deploy it by copying the dist/ directory to any CDN, web server or static hosting provider of your choice. » It seems that the dynamic routes aren't handled by SSG (there's no /checklist/authentication.html or /checklist/browser.html generated), so the project seem to use SSR instead of SSG. This means we can't just hand over the dist/ directory to a web server, but a node runtime is required.

2. Only Vercel hosting is supported, should we add an issue to add a self-hosting option, to choose between Express Fastify Connect Polka?
