[BUG] Unable to Save to Disk after creating user

Describe the problem

Recently decided to add authentication to Dashy, as I planned on exposing it to the internet, however after adding authentication whether I am logged in or not, I cannot save to disk, prevent saving to disk is set to false, and allow config editing is set to true, so I am unsure why I am unable to do this, it persists across browsers (so no caching issues afaik)
