[QUESTION] How can display section dynamic ?

Question

I want to be able to determine whether certain sections are displayed based on the current network environment (such as intranet or extranet), , but I can't find the relevant configuration.

Or whether the section is displayed is determined by my custom js code.

My dashy version is 3.1.1. It's running by Docker.
