[FEATURE_REQUEST] Reordering layout of the sections and items within it onMouseHoldDrag

During the edit layout mode:
- [ ] It would be nice to have drag and reorder layouts feature for reordering sections and layouts.
- [ ] Also a further extension of this would be to resize sections in specific grid units using mouse drag on the border of the sections, items, and widgets.

Yes!
Please check the pinned issues, it is a known thing, it has been submitted many times, Lissy has this on her roadmap. Since some weeks Lissy has found again more time for dashy but she is very busy in her private life.
Duplicate of #378
You misunderstood the request - this is not a duplicate of #378 (in fact, I've not been able to find any other requests for this, surprisingly). #378 is for copying or moving items between sections - this one is for a way to re-order sections (and items within sections). This is something I've been banging my head on this evening, trying to figure out how to do. Best I can tell, is that there is no way to re-order the sections via GUI?
