[BUG] hotkeys not working

Describe the problem
Hotkeys were not working for me. I debugged the code a bit and I saw that the config.sections ends up empty inside getCustomKeyShortcuts so I did a quick fix: https://github.com/gadelkareem/dashy/blob/master/src/utils/ConfigHelpers.js#L98
I am not sure if it is a bug or something with my config, but the sections are displaying normally in all other areas.
