I checked this link: https://blog.privacytools.io/delisting-wire/ in the Encrypted Messaging section and noticed that the article was deleted! So maybe it is better to reference to this archive link: https://web.archive.org/web/20210729191953/blog.privacytools.io/delisting-wire/

Also, this 404 link: https://www.pep.security/ need to be updated to https://pep.foundation/
