Integrate Matomo for anonymous analytics

Description

As we are currently using Matomo on Lisk Hub to collect anonymous usage data, it would also be cool to have a similar setup in Lisk Mobile.

Motivation

• Provide a structure for measuring the usage of the app's features.
• Improve the user experience as an end result.
