Read QR code from the Photo Gallery

Description

I'd like to use QR code of account addresses stored in my Photo Gallery / Camera Roll.

Motivation

Enable users to read recipient addresses from QR code images stored on their phone.

Acceptance Criteria

• User should be able to read QR code using camera (maintain the existing feature)
• User should be able to access Photo Gallery / Camera Roll at the press of a button.
• If permission wasn't already granted, the app should ask for permission.
• If the selected photo contains QR code, the overlay should close and the input must be filled.
• If the selected photo contains no QR codes, the app should notify the user and keep the Photo Gallery / Camera Roll open.
