Custom Typedoc theme

We need to adjust the default typedoc theme to integrate at least the top nav header from the Lisk Documentation, maybe also the left-sided navigation.

To do this, best copy the default theme and adjust it, see also: https://typedoc.org/guides/themes/

Specifications will be generated for:

  • Lisk Elements packages
  • Lisk Framework
    • modules
    • plugins
  • Lisk Commander Commands
