How to encode/decode data with lisk-codec

Motivation

The encode/decode guide is currently only explaining how to encode and decode blocks with the API client. But there is other data like events, that is encoded/decoded by using the lisk-codec package, like ex plained here for example: https://liskhq.github.io/lisk-docs/beta/build-blockchain/plugin/plugin-class.html#sync-and-store-new-event This should also be explained in the guide.
