Text page renders over the QR code

Expected behavior

The QR code should be rendered below the pages' text

Actual behavior

The QR code renders above

Steps to reproduce

Search for any account in lisk desktop, go to voting or delegate profile page of the account, hover over the QR code feature

Which version(s) does this affect? (Environment, OS, etc...)

Windows, Desktop 2.3.0-rc.1

It affects Voting tab and Delegate Profile
