Editor cloze alt

Hi, I'm trying to make a shortcut for "editor cloze alt". I read that this is the one where the cloze ID number is the same, and doesn't go up sequentially like the normal "editor cloze"

However, when I made a shortcut and used it, the numbers still went up.

Is there a way I can fix this? Thanks!
