Feature request: Duplicates for window_browser

Is it possible to make a function that copies shortcuts related to the browser? Similar to how the editor _duplicates and m_toolbox _duplicates functions work but for the browser window. For example, I want to map both Ctrl+J and Ctrl+S to suspend cards in the browse window but I don't think there's currently a way to do that. If there is, please let me know. Thank you
