After completing deck, Anki turns blank and freezes

When this addon is activated, the following issue occurs (as of new version):

After completing reviews in a deck, instead of showing 'Congratulations!' etc., it shows a blank screen. The buttons and hotkeys then do not work, not allowing you to return to the 'Decks' screen.

The only way to resolve or do anything is to quit Anki and restart.

When this addon is deactivated, the issue does not occur.
