while dragging one cell it go to next page.. with out clicking..

After dragging a cell, the func collectionView(_ collectionView: UICollectionView, didSelectItemAtIndexPath indexPath: NSIndexPath) get go to next page... At the dragging time how can we stop this .. and for first time we drag the cell then i click the cell selection is not working..
