Why not use CSS ID's or simply an alternative class name for each?

Actually, it seems as though that error is a chrome-extension error (as seen in the url for the source of the error). Not a problem with the code.

cpeterso - can you give me pointers on how to debug/check the console for errors. Not sure how to do that, but I wouldn't be opposed to just verifying that

Wouldn't that be the case with ANY client-side captcha/ verification? You always want a server side validation to double check.
