训练过程中loss 出现为nan 与 inf 问题

利用这个网络训练其他数据集时loss函数出现了nan 和 inf 输出，导致无法正常训练；这个问题是loss函数造成的还是数据集问题呢，该如何解？

我也遇到了，可能是参数吧，我也是自己的数据集，在yolov3那边是ok 的

如果是自建的数据集可以试着先调整学习率
