Describe your feature request!

I use Butterfly in an Android tablet in a public library. In that library, only a few desks have plugs and those that have it are usually taken, so I try to use as little battery as possible in my Android devices to avoid having to charge my devices while in the library.

When I open Butterfly, my tablet freezes for 2 seconds, I guess this happens because Butterfly try to show thumbnails for all recent notes. I don't need to see those thumbnails. For me, the filenames of my notes are enough to realize what they have, so I'd rather disable showing thumbnails for notes (in the Home screen and when exploring folders)

Sidenote: I'm picky when it comes to disabling features that I don't need/use in my Android devices. For example, in "Developer options" in Android settings I have disabled all animations (namely I set "Window animation scale", "Transition animation scale" and "Animation duration scale" to "Animation off".) I guess I'm not the only user with this preference.

Additional information: Similar option in Ghost Commander

I use Ghost Commander (link in F-Droid) as a file manager. Ghost Commander has an option to disable thumbnails.

The screenshot below shows the behavior when thumbnails are enabled in Ghost Commander.
