[Feature request]: Enhance PDF behavior in butterfly

While everyone is working, I am not.

Annotating PDFs in butterfly is bad.

The main reason is that, in my opinion, infinite canvas don't suit PDFs which are mostly designed around the idea of pages.

Dont change the infinite canvas system, it is what makes note-taking in butterfly superior. (I just want to let you know my opinion)

But there also 3 other reasons for why PDFs Annotating is bad in butterfly. (IMO)

The reasons are:

• The select tool selects the pdf page itself This behavior should be disabled by default, selecting should be for strokes, not pdf elements!
• Handle PDFs with different size of each page properly. In samsung notes, such PDFs would have their pages rescaled to fit the pages system. Butterfly could get inspiration from samsung notes and resize each page to a fixed size.
• Camera cant be centered easily

Describe your feature request!

• For PDFs make a CENTER camera button
• Put PDF in a separate layer and a new layer for annotating, which should be selected by default. should make it easier for new users as it prevents the selection of pdf pages
• PDF pages should have fixed width to allow locking of horizontal scrolling

Why should pages be in a fixed size?

It should be in a fixed size to allow the possibility of locking the horizontal and zoom of camera and instead, scroll vertically to be able to use butterfly as pages system
