[Bug]: Tiles shift when editing notes

What happened?

I'm experiencing tile shifting issues on v2.4.0

I am making larger / busier notes (hand-writing math equations, in this case). After the note reaches a certain size, when I make or erase strokes, square (I think) sections of the screen somewhat away from where I am writing will become visually offset by a noticeable amount, sometimes hiding entire letters in the process.

Panning seems to temporarily resolve the issue, but it continues to happen as I edit the note.

This occurs even when the zoom is locked to 100%

I improved the bake system a bit in 2.4.2-rc.1, feel free to test it if this fixes the issue
