[Enhancement]: Cache the file list for WebDAV to speed up the loading

Using remote storage, butterfly loads the list of files and folders slowly ~3 seconds, FOR EACH change in directory.

This could happen because the servers and the receiver are far far away.

It could be frustrating to wait this long, especially for each change of the director (like navigating inside a folder), so I suggest caching the list of files and folders, and update the cache/sync them on user's request (when they refresh the list using the refresh button)

webdav should now be better in 2.4, will move this to 2.5
