FEATURE-835: Add arg to ignore given backends

Add ignore argument feature for https://github.com/Linuxfabrik/monitoring-plugins/issues/835

Skips adding the warning if ha_status not in GOOD_STATUSES. I ran ./tools/check2basket but wasn't sure whether I should supply this here, too.
