dmesg: Add callback to clear old messages

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It would be nice, if the dmesg check could, like logfile, callback to Icinga2 via API to check if the messages are acknowledged. This would make a login and dmesg --clear on the server obsolete.
