Icinga: Adjust postfix service set for debian 11

postfix.service - SubState is "exited", but supposed to be "['running']"

postfix.service just calls /bin/true. instead, there is a [email protected] - Postfix Mail Transport Agent (instance -) service running - not sure if we can automatically monitor that
